We
originally thought it would be a good idea to go to the World Sheep Congress
that was to be held during Sydney Showtime but when that was cancelled we
decided to continue our visit to Sydney. It was a wonderful show, meeting new
friends and catching up with other breeder's.A great time enjoyed by all.
Our three year old ewe Liberton 7C-4 who has reared twins and in lamb again took the Champion Corriedale Ewe. She has been amazing taking all major Junior Championships in 2008, Senior Ewe Championships and Supreme Longwool Exhibit at Bendigo in 2009 and now Sydney in 2010.
A very well marked milk tooth ram Liberton 9A-2 took the Reserve Champion Ram.
Our team of young sheep under 1-1/2 years came equal 3rd in the RAS Interbreed group.
Our ram fleece took the Grand Champion Corriedale Fleece and Liberton was the Most Successful Corriedale Exhibitor.
Our Congratulations to St Gregory's for winning the Best Head Award with their August born upstanding young ram sired by Liberton P-10
